Unlike in other science projects books, the projects in this book are easy to implement with a minimal amount of prep work. The directions are clear and easy to follow, and the projects require items that are probably on-hand at home or easily obtained. While the experiments are not flashy or elaborate, they work very well to support studies of the human body as they demonstrate key topics (such as heartbeat, taste, etc.) The projects do not take long to implement.
