As an ocean creature enthusiast (especially aquatic mammals), and even though I'm very much an adult, I'll probable be forever smitten with this movie. The visuals (animation, characters, and backgrounds) are stunning, and the story is very sweet, in spite of a few moments of potential heartbreak, which Disney always seems to include, even though it can be tough for smaller kids to experience. I suppose we tend to appreciate positives more when faced with negatives. That and a story has to have a hero and a villain to keep it interesting. That was a little deeper than I intended to go with this comment. Anyway, I highly recommend this movie. I have bought it a couple of times (DVD and Blu-Ray, back when I upgraded my player).

I loved finding Nemo so much and when I heard that this movie was coming out I just couldn't wait to watch it and it was as good as the first one. I loved that we got to see the character of Dory develop even further. I never get tired of watching this movie because it is so interesting. There are several sad scenes in the movie but I certainly loved the ending. I loved that Dory finally chose to dig around about her past and tried to remember things. There are so many good lessons in this movie as well. For example that one should never give up. Another thing I loved about this movie was it that was very funny as well. I totally recommend this movie to people of all ages. I give this movie a 4.8 out of 5 stars -@terrificbooklover of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public LIbrary

Finding Nemo is a wonderful and heart-touching movie about a little fish struggling to find his own way, and his father's journey to make sure his son gets home safe. Nemo is a young clown fish that grew up without his mother, and feels suffocated by his father's over-protectiveness. In an act of rebellion, he goes to touch a Butt, but he never comes back, and his father begins the journey of a lifetime to bring him back home.

“Finding Nemo” was a very emotional movie for me to watch. I would like to mention that I am very grateful that this movie was a part of my childhood and it has impacted and increased my love for animals ever since I saw this movie. I am also happy to know that they made a movie based on Dory as well. This movie is filled with happy and sad moments, making you go through an emotional rollercoaster. When I went to the movie theater to watch this I remember the people beside me telling everyone around them how much they enjoyed it and it the best movie they saw yet. I am honoured to say that I truly agree with them and they weren't wrong at all. I recommend this movie to anyone of any age. It’s filled with touching moments and important life lessons. I rate the movie “Finding Nemo” a 5/5.

This movie will tug at your heartstrings while also making you laugh at every turn. After Nemo is separated from his father Marlin (a clownfish) he ends up in a fish tank where a young girl is a little bit too fascinated with him. His father Marlin, meets Dory, a blue reef fish with short-term memory loss who joins him on his quest to find his son. This movie tells the story of a parent’s love for their child and their eternal bond. With many ups and downs and colorful imagery, this movie is perfect for children and families of all ages to enjoy together. I would rate this classic film 5/5 stars and recommend it to anyone who wants to relive childhood memories or pass them on to their own.

One of the most popular Disney and Pixar films to date, “Finding Nemo” follows the story of a young clownfish who has gotten lost, his father, Marlin, who is searching for him, and a fish Marlin befriends during his search, Dory. Nemo gets lost after he ignores his father’s warning about how dangerous the sea is. Together, Marlin and Dory attempt to find Nemo who has been captured by fishers. Nemo meets other animals after he is abducted and placed in a dentists’ fish tank. They try to plan an escape back to the harbor from which they came. A brilliantly colourful, adventurous film that is still beloved to many children and adults alike.

Finding Nemo is a wonderful tale of adventure about a clownfish named Nemo and the struggles his father goes through to find him and bring him home. Finding Nemo is full of comedy and heartwarming moments. This was an amazing movie to watch when I was a kid, and even now after rewatching it, I still enjoy it. This movie is definitely worth watching and I think this is a film for all ages and definitely a family film. I would rate Finding Nemo 4.5/5.

Nemo: What's that?

Tad: I know what that is. Sandy Plankton saw one. He called it... uh... he said it was called a "butt".

Pearl: That's a pretty big butt.

[swims out a little]

Sheldon: Oh, look at me... I'm gonna touch the butt.

Marlin: No I don't wanna know.
Dory: [singing] Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming. What do we do? We swim, swim.
Marlin: Dory, no singing.
Dory: [continuing] Ha, ha, ha, ha, ho. I love to swim. When you want to swim you want to swim.

Deb: What have we got?
Peach: Root canal, and by the looks of those X-rays, it's not going to be pretty.
[Dentist drills and patient screams]
Bloat: Rubber dam and clamp installed?
Peach: Yep.
Gurgle: What did he use to open?
Peach: A Gator-Glidden drill. He seems to be favoring that one lately.
Deb: [sighs] I can't see, Flo.
[Dentist picks teeth and patient screams]
Peach: Now he's doing the Schilder technique.
Bloat: Ooh, he's using a Hedstrom file.
Gurgle: That's not a Hedstrom file, it's a K-FLEX.
Bloat: It has a tear-dropped cross section. Clearly, a Hedstrom.
Gurgle: No, no, K-FLEX.
Bloat: HEDSTROM.
Gurgle: K-FLEX!
Bloat: HEDSTROM!
[Inflates]
Bloat: Oomp. There I go. A little help. Over here.
Deb: [sighs] I'll go deflate him.

Marlin: Oh I don't think so!
Dory: Give it up old man, you can't fight evolution, I was built for speed!
Marlin: The question is Dory, are you hungry?
Dory: Hungry? Why?
Marlin: 'Cause you're about to eat my bubbles!

Together this aquatic odd couple set out on an impossible mission, finding themselves in troubled waters and contending with such hazards as sharks, deadly angler fishes and a forest of jellyfish. Meanwhile, in a dentist's office overlooking Sydney Harbor, Nemo has landed in a fish tank that is home to a colorful group of characters who want to initiate him into their gang. When word of Marlin and Dory's ocean adventures gets back to Nemo, he is so thrilled to learn of his father's search for him that he becomes motivated to move forward with a daring escape plan of his own.
