I like this cardio DVD because I see the effectiveness of the abs routines. What I did not like was the shortness of duration for the main workout segment (approx 25-30 minutes). I feel that I've had a decent workout when I've done it for at least 45-minutes. Mind you, there is a bonus "Learn to Dance: Hip Hop Groove" added in for, I believe, an additional 30-minutes but I've omitted that in my review here because, quite frankly, I found the choreography too difficult and therefore quit that one entirely. Otherwise, this is a pretty good routine. If you find the choreography too difficult in the bonus section like I did, I recommend that you may add the main segment before or after another short cardio segment/or strength training.
