"Get off my plane!" Oh, wrong movie. Somewhat forgotten 90s action movie, produced by Joel "Lethal Weapon" Silver and directed by Stuart Baird, who edited some of Silver's movies. A plane is hijacked by terrorist, led by David Suchet, best known for his portrayal of Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot on TV. Kurt Russell is an analyst (Just like Jack Ryan!) who has to make an "executive decision" and then ends up on the plane with some soldiers, led by Steven Seagal. You know Seagal's career was in decline because he's barely in it. It's hard to watch in a post-9/11 climate, as the terrorists are going to use the plane as a weapon and then there's the whole radical, fanatical, homicidal Muslims thing. It does have a lot of good actors, most of whom don't have much to do. Look for Trump's ex Marla Maples as a stewardess. Not to be confused with "Executive Action" or "Air Force One."

This is before 9/11 --- a far fetched story then. Featured a young and talented Halle Berry.
