Violence: The Swan: Two bullies go off to hunt but first meet a rather frail boy of 13. They tie him up & place him on working railroad tracks. He lives only to be shot in the thigh later on. NO punishment for the bullies is mentioned. The last 2 stories: Dahl talks about the brutal canings he received as a schoolboy & how it felt to have his body burn when his WWII fighter plane was shot down/caught fire.
