Not one to normally check out cookbooks but was drawn to both the recipes and the pictures of all this yummy (but still healthy) food. Made the creamy potato Mac potluck salad, it was light and very refreshing. With plenty of recipes to choose from, this is one cookbook I will no doubt check out again.
