This book is an excellent read for anyone interested in starting a small business and does not know where to start. If one wants to know what to expect and how to do things you must read this. I found it very helpful and plan on reading every new edition that comes out.

This is a great book for the start-up business. Not very useful for developing a business plan, but good with the nuts and bolts of getting the business going
