I thought the book would have a real nostalgic and loving romance theme. I've only read three chapters thus far and doubt I will finish it. I am having trouble following the story line, somewhat confusing. Reads somewhat as a term paper where certain phrases, places, etc. have to be mentioned.

I picked this book up thinking that the stories in it would be light and full of hope. I was sadly disappointed. I found many of the stories dark and, at times, struggled to get through them. I kept reading thinking that they would get better but they didn't.

While I would call these thought provoking and, at times, informative, the description and the book its self are very different.
