I'd think twice before teaching your children that the Amish are a benevolent culture. They are notorious for their puppy mills and extreme cruelty to animals:

i loved all the lilly books, but personaly, this was my fave. i really like how funny this book is.
lilly is a very lovable charachter and i would definitly recommend this book to every girl
who loves the amish and their way of life. i really hope suzanne woods fisher makes more
