The book is good reading. It gives good insight to the workings of courtrooms and strategies of both defense and prosecuting attorneys. The book starts a little slow as if goes into the background of some of the people involved in the crime, but picks up when everyone is on the island. If you enjoy reading about crimes/courts I would recommend the book.
