Told through alternating points of view, The Missing File is an emotionally wrought, character-driven page-turner with plenty of twists and turns. Its a mystery that will leave readers questioning the notions of innocence and guilt, and the nebulous nature of truth.

The first 100 pages is like watching paint dry but picks up at the end. The twists and turns found at the end of the book show promise of a better effort in this author's next (second) book.

This book ends with the three words no reader wants to see: "To Be Continued." Why? There's been time enough to solve the crime, get Avi to stop smoking, and visit Brussels.
