I liked Ainsley's character throughout the trilogy, so I enjoyed his story. Great way to round out the characters in the end, including giving a finale to the Dowager Duchess and Leo.

The storyline wasn't new, but the situation and how it was represented was something I seldom encounter in all of the historical period romance novels I've read before. Of the three stories in the series, I say this one was my favourite, although all three brothers' stories were unique in their own way, but this one intrigued me right from the beginning when I read what the twist was that would propel the rest of the characters' journey in this book.
