Probably the best Chuck Norris film out there- this is still a by the numbers 80's action film- meaning it's an average flic.

Chuck has to stand up to the Spanish and Italian mobs over a drug deal gone wrong. He has a prototype police robot tank to help. It's amazing how high Chuck could kick and jump when he was younger. I enjoyed seeing Chicago in the 80's, and the movie was a fun watch.

Perhaps the most quintessential Norris put on film.
