This exercise DVD is interesting because I've never been a fan of dancing per se, but I was pleased to see that the instructions to do each choreography were thorough. I am the type of person that you can say has "two left feet" or "two right feet" in the context of dancing. With this DVD, one will find that it can be challenging at times (choreography) and an excellent cardio workout.
very good, fun, but very fast. If not yet somewhat fit, go slower than the trainers until you become fit enough (through working out to the DVD, every day at least 20 minutes), to be able to keep up without passing out. Remember, as with any exercise DVD, if their music starts getting on your nerves, just mute it and play your own music instead, while copying the visual moves on-screen.
Not as great as I thought it would be... Maybe I was just expecting too much since it is on hold for so many people.
