I loved reading this book, at first I was a little scared that it would go down hill when Ty first showed - but now, I am so, so glad that he did.

Incredible! Sprout is amazing, and so is his green hair!

Funny, smart and engaging. Suitable for all ages, not just YA.

At its heart, Sprout is a thought provoking book, written in the unique prose of a rather brilliant teenager. The story meanders about the hills of Kansas like a lost cow, often rich and rewarding, and at times a little disappointing (although to be frank, whatever disappointment I felt was due to want of a happier ending). Nevertheless, Spout is worth a look, you will most likely enjoy the read.
