Very entertaining story of small, Italian village outwitting the Nazis from confiscating their million bottles of wine. Anthony Quinn and Anna Magnani are fabulous in their roles.

This is a highly enjoyable film. Even though it was made in 1969 and is set during WWII, it does not feel dated. Some might say it is a bit cliched, but if you simply sit back and relax it will be fun to watch. Anthony Quinn is a delight.
